PORCELAIN VENEERS – gaps between teeth

How do you find the best dentist in Los Angeles or anywhere else?

Jerome decided he wanted to change his appearance and began the process of looking at websites. He quickly recognized that there was a lot of hype on the Internet but very little substance. Most dentists’ websites show images of smiling patients, but not necessarily the dentists’ actual patients. Jerome finally came about Dr. Muslin’s website and was very impressed with the untouched and unaltered "before and after" photos of patients. The images spoke for themselves and Jerome was convinced that Dr. Muslin was levels above the rest and may very well be the very best dentist anywhere!

Jerome’s Story

wanted to close the spaces between his teeth, but he did not want to deal with the hassle of braces. Although his jaw was a normal size, his teeth were too short and too narrow, so braces would not be the best option for him. Veneers, as an alternative, offered straight, white teeth in a fraction of the time it would take to wear braces. The prospect of a beautiful smile, with no shots, drilling, or pain, was also very intriguing to him.

PORCELAIN VENEERS – Non-Invasive

When he saw the before and after photos of Sam Muslin, D.D.S., M.A.G.D., he was thrilled about the possibilities. Painless porcelain veneers sound great, and Jerome was excited about changing his life with cosmetic dentistry. He was amazed to learn that he could have straight, white teeth and close the spaces without grinding down his natural teeth.

HOW LONG TO PORCELAIN VENEERS LAST

learned that the key factor for great results lies in the dentist who completes the work. He was glad to see the images of so many satisfied patients who allowed Dr. Muslin to show their full face. He realized that these patients were happy about the fact that the work lasts. Dr. Muslin’s oldest patient with porcelain veneers is 86 years old and still has the original porcelain veneers (placed 25 years ago) functioning normally today.

DO PORCELAIN VENEERS STAIN OVER TIME?

Porcelain veneers have a smoother surface and are less porous than enamel, so they do not absorb stain as easily as your natural teeth. If the porcelain appears a little darker, it is only surface stain that is easily removed. Dr. Muslin’s porcelain veneers are made to look extremely natural and have a certain level of translucency. This means that if your natural teeth darken with stain, the color will show through the veneer. In these cases, your natural teeth can still be whitened through the back of the tooth because the veneer only covers the front surface.

WHAT MAKES DR. MUSLIN’S PORCELAIN VENEERS BETTER?

Dr. Muslin personally works on every single porcelain veneer with his ceramist. Every porcelain veneer is brought to his office mounted on the articulator and he and his ceramist measure, shape, shade, contrast and color the veneers to the specifications of Dr. Muslin’s artistic and technical experience. Dr. Muslin takes the time to be closely involved in every case.

Dr. Muslin sincerely thanks Jerome for allowing the honor to show his work and full-face photos.
