What is a Bite Reconstruction?
A bite reconstruction generally involves restoring all of the teeth with porcelain fillings, porcelain crowns, porcelain veneers and even gold crowns on some of the teeth. The goal of most bite reconstructions is to treat the bite, which is how the teeth fit together. When the teeth fit together properly, during all of the movements of the jaw, the bite is considered to be reconstructed.
